Students and Young People:

Take Action

Students are powerful advocates for health, well-being and equity.

Students at all levels and young people are powerful advocates at the forefront of social movements. In particular, undergraduate, masters, and doctoral students in public health, medicine, nursing, social work, and other allied fields are incredible advocates for public health and equity.

Students do a lot to protect the public’s health.

Students can play a vital role in promoting and protecting public health by educating themselves on current issues, engaging in advocacy, and supporting organizations that are doing the work.
