11 full-time and four part-time AmeriCorps members will recruit Medical Reserve Corps Members to implement RAPID-PFA (Reflective Listening, Assessment, Prioritization, Intervention and Disposition) interventions in Western North Carolina. The AmeriCorps members will also deliver pre- and post-emergency RAPID-PFA interventions to organizations, including local health departments, and implement Psychological First Aid (PFA) interventions.
