10 full-time AmeriCorps members will provide health education and outreach to support underserved communities that are disproportionately affected by health disparities in New Jersey. The AmeriCorps members will increase patient access to primary medical, dental, behavioral health, wellness, and COVID-19 testing and vaccination services.
