Kentucky Health Departments Association

75 part-time AmeriCorps members will serve as Community Health Workers (CHWs) in local health departments across Kentucky. The AmeriCorps members will support public health programs including HANDS (Health and Nutrition Delivery System), WIC (Special Supplemental Nutritional Program for Women, Infants, and Children), and Harm Reduction.
